And Grilled Fremantle Octopus is back!
Summer has arrived at Bistro 21 (we are near the beach after all) and with it, comes our new Summer menu for 2018/2019.
There are some old favourites making a comeback, albiet with a few tweaks, like the grilled sous-vide octopus with mint pea puree, roasted potators, broccolini and lemon, served with chargrilled pita bread. And the crispy soft shell crab with mango salsa, black sesame, crispy shallot and critrus salad.
We're channeling our ocean-side location with a new fresh spaghetti with seafood pasta dish. Hint - a nice cold Pinot Grigio goes perfectly with this.
For our early risers or late brunchers there are a few must-try new dishes including the black truffle omelette. The prawn twister is also a welcome addition for our all-day nibblers I'm sure.
